5. Handmade Nature of Products

All Vesalis pieces are handmade. Minor differences between product photos and the final product may occur.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. Vesalis is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, returns are accepted only if stated on product page, or in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
