At Vesalis, every piece is handmade in small quantities using carefully selected materials. Because of the handcrafted nature of our work, most items are produced in limited editions and require significant time and care to create.

For this reason, returns are available only under specific conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for products that are clearly marked as return-eligible on the product page.

If a product is not marked as return-eligible, it is considered final sale due to its handmade and limited nature.

All return eligibility information is always stated within the product description.

Return Window

For products eligible for return, requests must be submitted within 10 days from the delivery date.

After this period, returns can no longer be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

in original, unused condition
free of damage, stains, or alterations
returned with all original packaging
returned with any included accessories or documentation

Items that show signs of use may not be eligible for refund.

Handmade Nature of Products

All Vesalis items are handmade.

Small variations in shape, texture, stitching, or color are natural characteristics of handcrafted work and do not qualify as defects.

These variations are part of the individuality of each piece.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

a description of the issue
clear photos of the item

Once confirmed, we will resolve the issue with priority by offering a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

Include your order number and reason for return
If the return is approved, we will send return instructions and the return address

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
